What Socrates Movers Shift?

We shift only household goods, vehicles, commercial goods and office goods. Among the household items, only bed, chair, sofa, chair, utensils, cupboard and similar household items are shifted. Apart from this, vehicles like 2 wheeler, 4 wheeler etc. are shifted. In commercial goods, machine parts, clothes racks etc. and office goods are shifted.

What We Not Shift?

We do not shift money, wine, drugs, or any other illegal items. If any such item of yours is a household item then we will not give any guarantee or claim on that item and retaliatory action can also be taken against you.

Payment Method

We accept payment through Cash, Cheque, Net Transfer, Net Banking, Phonepay or UPI.

How To Claim Damaged Goods?

If any of your goods gets broken then you have to send the video and quotation receipt of that goods. Keep in mind that you will have to make this video at the time of unpacking only. You will not be eligible for claim after 48 hours of the goods being unloaded.

How Much Will Claim For Damaged Goods?

As you know, for iron or furniture items, we claim 100% of its current value, apart from this, if your item is made of glass or light plastic, then only 30-60% is claimed for it.

Insurance Paper Is Mandatory For Claim

It is worth noting that it is mandatory to have the insurance papers of the goods with you. If you have insurance paper then you cannot claim through any other means, hence you should take insurance paper before shifting.

Customer Responsibility

Apart from Socrates Movers, its customer also has some responsibilities like it is mandatory for the customer to be available at the time of loading and unloading. If for any reason the customer is there, it is extremely important for a close relative of the customer to be there.
